The Hills are alive with opportunity! This beautiful home is on a hillside overlooking a pond and river, and needed an inviting access down the hill.

A local concrete company created an extraordinary staircase. We connected it to the hill and tied it to the rest of the property. The landscape was updated to reflect the home style. A destination fire pit was also added to complete the refresh.
